As at June 2023, the portfolio comprised 14 assets, and was valued at $200 million. We have locked in assets with future growth opportunities, with a projected pipeline value of $500m+ being developed by our partners Reds Group and Enhance Property Investments.

Acquired in October 2018, Deagon was the business's first fund asset. The site consists of a 7-Eleven, Hungry Jack's and Car & Dog Wash.
Beaudesert Fair is a fully enclosed, single-level neighbourhood centre with on-grade covered car parking for 320 vehicles.
The vision for Everton Plaza was to create a local retail village. With Stages 1 & 2 complete, the Centre serves its community's everyday needs.
Situated on 2,010m2 of land, well positioned on the major arterial road and leased to Pizza Hut and Dude & Duke Beer Hall.
Park Ridge Village is a greenfield development that will provide convenient roadside retail for the local community.
