Redcliffe is an existing high street retail commercial property that will be redeveloped into a landmark development that takes advantage of the idyllic waterfront location and the unique heritage of the Redcliffe Pier (Jetty). ​

It will include grocery, fresh food market and a collection of food and beverage venues across the ground-floor and panoramic rooftop bar and dining precincts. ​

Redcliffe is a residential suburb in the Moreton Bay Region LGA, 34km north of Brisbane’s CBD. The Property is located on Redcliffe Parade, in a prominent waterfront position central to the local trade area. It is opposite the Redcliffe Pier, and borders the regions central business and tourism district.
