Partnering with us, you’ll receive property-backed returns. Due diligence, comprehensive financial modelling and experience give us a birdseye view of each opportunity. When we’re comfortable enough to invest in a project — you can too.

We actively create our property offerings by supporting our tenants through the leasing process and tenancy term to ensure they’re equipped to serve our communities long-term. Their success means success for all of us.

Simple

Our project fees are based on effort and acquisition costs — including due diligence and legal fees. Establishment and ongoing fees are benchmarked to offer one of the lowest fee structures on the market.

Flexible

Capital return redemption windows mean our investors can exit with ease. Outside of these windows, we can still flexibly respond to individual requests — it’s one of the big benefits of our nimble and hands-on approach.

Direct

Each investment is purchased and owned individually by a trust. You directly own a portion of the investment and receive monthly returns when you invest in the trust. We call this shared prosperity.
